For much of my life, I have worked on golf courses, and, over the past 20 years, I have been a Professional Golf Instructor. Thanks to this experience, I have learned that golf instruction is not at all a "one size fits all" approach. It needs to be tailored to the specific swing and strengths of the individual.
Every golfer is unique. Personalities, body types, learning styles, and time to play and practice vary greatly from player to player, and all of these factors play a huge part in the individual's abilities to play and learn golf. I follow an individual approach, creating custom educational programs to suit the different needs of all of my students, whether that be a full swing program, short game techniques, or learning a new shot.
I particularly enjoy giving on-course lessons, which take advantage of our 27 beautiful holes of golf here at the club. This approach allows me to learn a student's abilities in course management, hazard approaching, and rebounding from a bad shot.
